Very little of that past is revealed to observers but many Seattleites who grew up in the city remember the 24 hour grind houses and lights along 'Flesh Avenue' -  This exterior tour mixes in true tales of Seattle's dark history.  Early evening is a great time to imagine the night life that once ruled the streets and 'Flesh Avenue.'  Stand back four feet! We will be stopping at a bar on the tour, bring ID and a few bucks spending cash.

Check in at 1499 Post Alley before your tour. We travel in the Market and along First Avenue, once known as 'Flesh Avenue' - This tour is our opportunity to show you the Market the way few people get to experience it, at night when the Arcades are empty. Because most of the tours are exterior tours, please come prepared for the weather. Your guide does not follow a script, so each tour can be different. While we all have core stories the guide is free to change the route and some content to suit the group attending. 

Things To Bring

Bring cameras, umbrellas when it's raining & wear comfortable shoes. This is an exterior tour. Although mostly covered, please come prepared for northwest weather. There are some stairs and one hill: high heels are problematic.

Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable. Once you have reserved we expect you to be at the tour. Our expenses and staffing are both determined by the number of people attending. Your Goupon voucher is considered used when you reserve with us and will be marked as such even if you do not attend the tour unless you contact us three days in advance. Pickup/Departure

Please check in our espresso shop at 1499 Post Alley which is visible from First and Pike and before the Gum Wall. At First and Pike you will find Rachel the Pig, the Pike Place Fish Market (where they throw the fish) and the iconic Public Market Center sign. Lower Post Alley is below. The restaurant, IL Bistro, is on the Alley. We are just past IL Bistro and visible from the top of the Alley. If you go past our shop you will find the Gum Wall.
